Mission: Your team will serve the Romani Christian community and local church in Zlatitsa, Bulgaria, through essential housing and construction projects. We will also collaborate with several local churches to encourage and evangelize in the Zlatitsa community and to identify potential future mission projects.

Mission Trip Financial Policy
Payment Schedule
- A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the team. (due immediately)
- 50% of the total trip cost must be paid before airline tickets are purchased. (before 4/17)
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure. (due by 5/26)
If you need to cancel your participation:
- 31+ days before departure (on or before May 26): Refund of personal payments minus the $250 deposit.
- 15–30 days before departure (May 27–June 11): Refund of personal payments minus $500.
- 14 days or fewer before departure (after June 11): No refund unless a documented medical or immediate family emergency occurs. In such cases, we will work to return as much as possible, based on recoverable expenses.
Flights: Trip cancellation policies do not apply to flight expenses. Airline cancellation policies will govern all flight changes or refunds. We will assist you in seeking a refund or flight credit when possible, but we cannot guarantee it.
Fundraising Contributions: Donations are non-refundable. Funds will be held for you for a future mission trip until the end of the next calendar year. If the funds remain unused after that, they will be transferred to the scholarship fund or the general mission budget.
